Rear kitchen extension and associated internal works. Thanks to all the team, Ben (Building), Dave (Joinery and fitted kitchen), Geoff and Kev (Roofing) Steve and Rich (Electrics), Rich and Mat (Plumbing and underfloor heating), Anton and Wayne (Plastering), George and Brad (liquid floor screed) and Pete (Painting and decorating). Plus the Customers, Dave his wife and all the kids for the tea and coffee 👍.

This work was to take out existing kitchen and gable end, chimney stack etc. Insert steel beams to link across to an existing sun room. New flat and sky pod type glass roof ready for installation of new fitted kitchen. Re site existing French doors, instalation of new windows. (Thanks to my team, Dave (joinery) Anton ( plastering and rendering), John (welding), Dave (plumbing), Ben and me Brickwork block work, Supply to trade UPVC, etc. (ps, thanks to Jacki for egg on toast without fail every morning 🤭 .

Extension to rear of property. Existing external walls taken out and internal walls removed to leave a large kitchen come dining room in Penkhull. Thanks to the team. Dave (joiner), Rob (Rig gas) and Mat (Veracity installations) for plumbing), Anton (plastering), Paul (Boughy Electrical), Me and Ben for alterations and building work etc to lounge at Baldwins Gate 👍.

Moving internal wall over into bedroom to give larger bathroom. Gutting existing bathroom plus internal restoration work. For new shower, toilet, wash hand basin etc. Plumbing and heating Mat at 'Veracity installations' and Rob (RIG) at Gas and Plumbing services . John Bailey tiling , Anton plastering, Peter painting and decorating. Dave internal doors, skirting architraves etc. Jim dry lining, oh me and Ben for the heavy work🤔. Thanks to all the team👍

Breaking out rear of house to create a large open space into new conservatory. Very difficult work supporting existing floors, external walls etc. Thanks to Ben, Jim, John (PJ Welding) A1 plant hire for fork lift, Mellards Steel, HBL associates (Egineers) CPR Building Control. Hire Station Stoke, for "Genie Lifts" (Oh and me)👍
