𝗧𝗿𝘂𝗿𝗼 𝗛𝗮𝗹𝗳 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗵𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗻 𝗦𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝟭𝟳 𝗦𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿

The Truro Half Marathon returns this year on Sunday 17 September and starts at 9.30am from Lemon Quay (registration opens at 8am).

The half marathon course is almost entirely on road. It begins with a loop of central Truro, and runs out to Porth Kea, Playing Place and Cowlands so involves a few hills. To find out more details see: https://www.trurorunningclub.org.uk/trc-events/truro-half-marathon

The event organisers are offering a number of free stalls to relevant Truro businesses. For example sports and fitness businesses such as sports retailers, local physiotherapists, personal trainers, gyms and yoga studios. Participating businesses would have a gazebo where they could promote their business. If you are a relevant Truro business that is interested to have a stall, please email the event organisers at: [email protected].

We are supporting the Truro Half Marathon again this year by providing use of our colourful gazebos and other market equipment.

Truro colleagues please note that, Park and Ride are offering 'Day Tickets' available direct from the driver of your bus, anywhere along the route making it easier to use the service. The costs are as follows:

• £2.20 per person (£1.10 on Saturday)
• £4.40 for a family 2 adults, 3 children (£2.20 on Saturday)
Or available from the First Bus mTicket app (expiry dates apply):
• 5 day ticket - £10
• 20 day ticket - £38
• 60 day ticket - £93
You will note new posters up at Truro Cornwall Council car parks next to the payment machines.
