Complete bathroom strip-out, structural repairs & refit. 💪 🧡

It was all trades on deck for this project. We were tasked with investigating and repairing damage caused by a prolonged leak.

Upon inspection, we found that a structural floor joist had rotted due to years of water ingress, so we got straight to work.

The job included:

* Structural floor joists replaced
* Subfloor replacement
* New watertight DPC installed
* New vinyl flooring
* Plastering and making good
* Tiling
* Full sanitaryware installation and plumbing
* Boxing in
* Final decoration

A proper team effort from start to finish, with everyone chipping in to get this bathroom back to a high standard.
