It’s been 4 weeks since we first shared the news about the proposed Landlord Database, and we’re keeping landlords across the Southwest informed about what’s ahead. 🏡

📍 Southwest rollout: Currently scheduled for August 2027

⏰ Registration window: Landlords are expected to have 3 months to register

💷 Annual fees: Registration fees are expected to apply per property

⚖️ Legal requirement: Registration will be mandatory, with fines for landlords who fail to comply.

📢 Our advice? There’s still time to prepare!
