This joyous photograph marks the moment when the Senior age Small Tap Group from Zoë Pennington Dance Studios became World Champions, bringing home the Gold medal for Team England at the Dance World Cup held in Braga, Portugal this Summer!

It was brilliant to have achieved Practical Completion on another 10 flats at our site in Peacehaven last week, working with Barratt Southern Counties and Sage Homes. A big thanks to the site team for all of their efforts. Now nearing the end of this multi-phase development which included 180 Affordable Homes for Rent and Shared Ownership.

Whilst acting as Employers’ Agent for Sage Homes, we recently handed over 3No. blocks of flats containing a mixture of Shared Ownership and Rented units as part of the spacious Bellway development in Ebbsfleet Cross.

Further plots are due to be handed over in the coming months whilst we continue to work closely with Bellway to ensure the excellent quality set in these units are maintained and provided. Thank you to the Bellway team for their continued hard work and efforts!
