ANY Condition…

We completed the purchase of this very problematic property today. It’s the only one boarded up on the street and it has been in this condition for some time.

🚫Not only have we help solve the vendors issue primarily by being able to completing fast with our own dry powder but also helping them navigate in the most efficient manor the various notice that DMBC had placed on the title during it’s empty period - moving forward we will be assisting the community as a whole by getting this house fit for purpose once again. 🏠

Downward pressure on the stock volume sitting unsold on the open market (these are Doncaster numbers but a similar story is being told in towns all over the country)

The shortage of listings coming to market is apparent with this simple high level measure of stock levels > 6 data points from the results of a certain search criteria over a period of time (post the initial national lockdown that caused estate agents to close their doors)

For a ref the Rightmove stock level for the same search ‘Doncaster’ & ‘not sold STC’ has historically floated between 1500 & 1750 for the past decade.

It’s a sellers market but when will the supply numbers return???
