As an educated property professional, I've only fairly recently come to truly understand the importance of good debt in building wealth.

It's a concept that I believe should be taught in schools—yet, it's rarely discussed.

Good debt, when managed wisely, can be a powerful tool to leverage opportunities and create long-term financial security. Imagine if, instead of fearing debt, we were taught from a young age to recognise the difference between bad debt that drains us and good debt that helps us grow.

This knowledge could set future generations up for success by empowering them to make smart financial decisions early on.

VISTRY the housebuilder has issued a profit warning over build-out costs at southern division
Vistry has issued a profit warning after discovering that build costs on nine schemes at its southern division have been under-estimated by around 10%

You wouldn't want to be a QS in the Southern division at the moment would you......? 🥴

It just goes to show that even the big boys can't always get estimating and costings right on a property development!

I'm doing a lot of driving recently so have just got through and finished this book a couple of days ago - its brilliant - very insightful and very funny.

To work with us on a large development project in north Nottinghamshire to obtain a licence from Natural England.

Emergence surveys already carried out and full report obtained - we just need someone reliable to step in and make the licence application and oversee works on site where required.
