On 7th September Tom be heading to the Swiss Alps for 10 days to take on two of the world’s most iconic mountains – the Matterhorn (4,478m) and the Eiger (3,967m).

This is something Tom has wanted to do for years!

He is self-funding the expedition, but he thought it would be a great opportunity to raise money for Move 365 and the brilliant work they do supporting Mind, The DPJ Foundation, and Ponthafren.

It’s going to be a huge physical and mental challenge, but doing it for a purpose will be a great motivation to keep pushing through the training and the climb.
