We want to make appointments work for you. If there’s anything that might make a visit difficult, just let us know.

We can:
- Offer extra time to answer the door - Flexible appointment slots
- A call or text when we’re on the way
- Translation or interpretation
- Making sure a carer or family member is present
- Taking things step by step during the appointment.

Whatever you need, we’ll do our best to make it easier.

Our school uniform voucher programme supporting Hyde customers is bigger and better this year.

If you have children in Reception to Year 11 (school year starting in September 2026) you’ll receive a voucher worth £50 per child to spend with Trutex.

Make sure you receive the correct vouchers by updating your household details via our website by Wednesday 20 May.

The vouchers will be sent out in June.

Successful scholars can receive:

£6,000 per year in financial support

We’re proud to support the G15 Residents’ Group and their work to tackle stigma in social housing across London.

The latest progress report shows how stigma affects residents in everyday situations, highlighting the need for respect.

Over the past year, we’ve shared the report Taking the Stigma out of Social Housing: The Residents’ View with colleagues and our Leadership Team, and updated our Customer Voice committee on group’s important work.

We regularly publish resident-led outcomes to demonstrate how feedback drives change, helping to build trust that we listen and act upon what matters most to residents. Including co-designed service improvements such our approach to damp and mould to ensure it’s respectful and avoids blame and refreshing our website.

We welcome continued collaboration and thank the G15 Residents’ Group for sharing their experiences tackle stigma in social housing.

School uniform vouchers are back for 2026.

Following the success of last year’s school uniform programme, we’re running it again. And, this year it’s expanding to both primary and secondary school pupils.

Customers with children in Reception to Year 11, for the school year starting in September 2026, will receive a voucher worth £50 per child to spend with Trutex.
