What a day!

Access wasn’t the easiest, with stairs upon stairs, but we got stuck in and managed to get the whole job completed in just one day — and the client is absolutely over the moon!

The job included:
🔨 Removing and replacing rotten ply and chipboard
🔨 Fitting LVT flooring and neatly toothing it back into the hallway flooring
🔨 Refitting and testing all white goods

Another job completed, another happy customer! ✅

Another great job completed, this time at Seaview! 👌

This project involved much more than just replacing a toilet. We removed the old WC along with the rotted flooring and wet insulation before rebuilding the area with new flooring and plywood throughout the WC, kitchen, and hallway.

We also:
✅ Replaced the old WC wall tiles with fresh white tiles
✅ Installed a traditional-style toilet and matching basin, as chosen by the client
✅ Decorated the WC and rear lobby
✅ Laid new LVT flooring throughout
✅ Finished everything with neat silicone sealing to the skirting boards and kickboards for a clean, professional look.

A complete transformation and another happy customer!

Out with the old, in with the new! 🔨✨

We removed the existing decking and all supporting timbers while carefully preserving the staircase support timbers at the client’s request.

To improve the structure and prevent future sagging, we changed the direction of the joists and used recessed bolts hidden behind the cover boards for a clean finish and added strength. All joists were fitted with decking tape, again to prolong the timbers.

The new decking features a picture-frame border with neatly mitred corners for a premium look. We also installed a bespoke lower window with routed grooves for extra strength and durability.

To complete the project, we refitted and thoroughly cleaned the existing glass balustrade, leaving the whole area looking as good as new.

Completed this one in just four days during one of the hottest weeks we’ve had on the Island! ☀️💪 Despite the heat, we hit our target and got everything finished on schedule.

- Rotted chipboard flooring and joists removed and replaced
- New flooring laid, followed by 5.5mm plywood and fully bonded LVT throughout
- Howdens kitchen installed, including:
• Worktop mitre
• Hob, oven and extractor hood
• Sink
• Integrated fridge freezer
• Raised breakfast bar for stools

⚡ Works also included a new kitchen ring and replacement socket fronts.

The client will be completing the decorating and splashbacks at a later date.

Another great transformation completed.

Our Whitwell insurance project has now come to an end following extensive flood damage throughout the ground floor.

The flood water affected the entire ground floor, requiring all flooring to be uplifted and plaster to be hacked off in the front rooms and kitchen.

Works completed included:

✔️ Installation of a Permagard damp membrane and re-plastering
✔️ Application of a liquid DPM, dressed up the walls
✔️ Latex levelling and installation of new LVT flooring
✔️ Full decoration of the front rooms and all ground floor woodwork
✔️ Refitting of the kitchen and WC

A professional clean is being carried out on Friday before the clients’ furniture is returned from storage, allowing them to finally move back into their home.

A massive thank you to the team for pulling together and completing this project within the required timeframe. Great effort from everyone involved.

Long 12hr day with no stops but we got the 65sqM of tile LVT down throughout the ground floor at our Whitwell job. Skirtings and sealant left to do and that’s another insurance job wrapped up.

Small job fitted in today in Wootton. Old delaminated carpet and underlay removed ✅

The original quarry tiles were thoroughly cleaned and primed with neat 131 before applying Stopgap 1200 latex. Ply was then laid, stapled, and feather finished across all joints to create a solid, smooth base.

Finished with Polyflor 2249 Wild Amber Oak, fully bonded using F49 adhesive for a durable, long-lasting finish.

Clear silicone applied to all edges and everything left clean and tidy 👌

Another transformation completed!

Small job undertaken in Binstead today - via a recommendation 🙌🏼🙏🏻

Vinyl uplifted, rotted floor remove, extra support timbers fitted, chipboard flooring laid and 5.5mm ply stapled down.

All ready for third party to install new sheet vinyl.
