My Favorite Part of Home Staging...

It has got to be sourcing furniture and accessories. This phase combines creativity and strategy, transforming spaces from ordinary to extraordinary.

I begin by understanding the home’s character, exploring various stores and online platforms to find perfect pieces that resonate with potential buyers. Each item chosen serves a purpose, whether to evoke comfort or highlight features of the home.

Building relationships with vendors and artisans enhances this process, allowing me to discover unique, locally-sourced items that help homes stand out.

The best moment is seeing everything set up, as the staged home comes to life in a warm, inviting atmosphere. It’s fulfilling to know my efforts help potential buyers visualize themselves in the space, leading to successful sales.

A Friday business meeting as natural as natural can be without Internet at home for Emma and she had to walk to the local park to get any sort or signal 🤔 Dirty diggers outside working on the roads and an electrician drilling the wall in the next room and the electric cutting out half way through drying my hair 🙈 We got there in the end and all we could do was laugh at the situation. 😂😂
