1) Property finding

Once you have given us your requirements, we source the properties.
You tell us which ones you are interested in.
we then view them on your behalf, and include video / pictures
once you have chosen your favourite, we can still accompany you to your final viewing and help negotiate a price

2) Rental finding

Once you have given us your requirements, we source the properties.
You tell us which ones you are interested in.
we then view them on your behalf, and include video / pictures
once you have chosen your favourite, we can still accompany you to your final viewing and help negotiate a price

3) viewing service
we view your chosen property on your behalf
Video / pictures at your request

4) Renovation checks
If you have purchased a renovation project , but don’t live near . We can do weekly visits to make sure things are getting done

5) Property management.

We can manage your holiday lets to ensure your holiday home runs smoothly.
Your property will be showcased as part of our collections which attract guests looking for their perfect break.
our local knowledge will help guests select the perfect holiday home from our selection of holiday homes.
You will have a dedicated point of contact from day one to ensure you have a successful experience of letting your holiday home with us.
Different levels of management provided to create a bespoke package for your needs.
