We’re delighted to announce that Beechcroft has secured funding from Close Brothers Property Finance for an exciting new development of 45 luxury retirement homes in West Horsley, Surrey, with a Gross Development Value of £31 million.

This latest project marks another milestone in our long-standing partnership with Close Brothers, which has spanned more than 17 years and supported the delivery of over 850 homes across 30 developments, with a combined GDV exceeding £500 million.

Set within three acres of beautifully landscaped grounds, our new West Horsley development will offer a collection of thoughtfully designed two-bedroom houses and apartments for the over 55s, alongside elegant communal facilities and dedicated estate management.

With planning permission secured, construction is expected to begin in late 2026, with the first homes anticipated to be released for sale in Spring/Summer 2027.

We look forward to bringing another exceptional Beechcroft community to Surrey and continuing our successful partnership with Close Brothers Property Finance.
