They could also see that the upkeep of the property would require a lot of regular expense so they decided the time had come to downsize. They didn’t want to leave Reigate so the natural choice was to move into Beechcroft’s Fonthill Gardens, a development designed for the over 55s.

Set within secluded gardens, Fonthill Gardens comprises a collection of converted apartments set within an original Victorian residence, together with 19 new apartments. The Brankins chose a new two-bedroom apartment and are extremely happy with their new home.

The sun was shining for a wonderful garden party at Binfield House. ☀️🥂

Residents, guests and visitors came together to enjoy live music, afternoon tea, champagne and Pimm’s in the beautifully landscaped gardens.

It was a lovely opportunity to explore the show homes, discover more about the lifestyle on offer and experience the warm, welcoming atmosphere at Binfield House.
