That was exactly the case at The Exchange in Ilford. The entrance hadn’t had working lights for years, so we got to work bringing it back to life.

It wasn’t without its challenges, working at night on a busy high street, coordinating road closures, and using huge spider lifts to reach 15–25 meters up. But seeing the ribbon and heart decorations light up with brand-new LEDs made it all worth it.

Now, shoppers are greeted with a bright, welcoming entrance, something that’s been missing for decades.
