Just had some time off while the Van was in having some work done so started to fit shower room at home . Fitted a new shower with a drencher and handset with some White sparkle shower panels and chrome trims also change light fitting for down lights which then had to be altered because of them casting shadows just got to patch the ceiling and then decorate

More Work up to the bedrooms this time disconnecting a disused hand basin. Unfortunately wasn’t able to turn off water supply so ended up having to freeze the pipe Work. In order to cap it off

Just starting to put finishing touches to what must be the smallest downstairs loo on planet Earth 1050 mm x 800 mm

Lean to area completely finished gate on fitted for a keypad lock for security

Almost finished the lean to area turning my attention to the downstairs loo which has an issue with damp have installed Dry zone rods and also applied Dry zone Dry shield cream two internal walls which can them be Dry Lined using their adhesive@

Here a couple of picture of the lean to project showing the roof decking with timber tilting fillets then with the rubber decking on top ready to be glued down timber cladding on the face ready for gate to be hung

Just made a start on building a lean to between two houses with a lockable gate on the front for security also making it strong, enough to stand on  for maintenance on facias and gutters at a later date . The deck area will be tongue and grooved OSB board with a rubber membrane over the top

Have just started some maintenance work for New client in Guildford. I have a ground floor Loo suffering with damp issues so I am installing a chemical damp proof course today using a product called Dry rod
