It’s not so much about the room size.
It’s about how BEST you utilise the space, with the RIGHT furniture and styling.

Yes, anyone can Stage a Space However, the aim is to grab attention and interest of your ideal client.

This was a bespoke package…I created for a clients client…..aka “The family man”.

The assignment started with me understanding there needs which incorporated his love for artwork and music.

So I created, The ‘Man Cave’. A space he could envision himself in, allowing him to be creative. His very own ideal space away from the family, from time to time.

He purchased with ease and above the asking price, as I understood WHO the space was for…..

He was over the moon and excited for his new space… His excitement brought joy to my soul and that’s what makes my day and keeps me pushing and delivering. I thrive off creating WIN WIN WIN strategy for all involved.
