👀 Something exciting is coming…

One of my favourite things about being self-employed in estate agency has actually become something I didn't necessarily expect…

Helping other agents.

More and more agents have been reaching out recently, some thinking about making the move into self-employment, some right at the beginning of their journey and others simply wanting to connect, share ideas and learn from people experiencing the same highs and lows.

I've particularly loved connecting with more women in our industry who are building businesses of their own.

Because self-employment gives you incredible freedom… but it can sometimes feel a little lonely too.

And I really believe we grow faster when we're willing to share what we've learnt rather than keep it to ourselves.
