Hello everyone, unfortunately Episode 4 has been ** DELAYED ** until Thursday 30th April, 6PM BST.

This is being done because we feel the episode isn’t ready enough to release yet, and we at Bulldog Property are committed to uploading only the best that we can make and settling for nothing less than greatness, even if that means pushing back a date, we refuse to release anything that isn’t the best it can be.

So i haven't been on social media for what feels like a lifetime.

However, i have a very good reason. For the past 4 months i have been working on setting up a Youtube channel which i believe is different to anything else that is out there.

This Thursday at 6pm i get to finally release the first episode of a 6 part series going behind the scenes of everything i do and the business' which i run.

This property is in the BL5 postcode which is where I have 4 other property investments. Over the past 5 years I have seen 50%+ capital appreciation 👌🏻

When this property came up I knew it was at a good price and lots of potential, even with the amount of work required 😂
