Lead valley replacement. The lead had been fitted in one piece hence the expansion cracks! All stripped out, felted, new lead fitted (at the correct lengths), and slates replaced.

Nice modern bathroom with walk in shower and combined toilet and sink unit. Also laid waterproof laminate flooring.
