Another year, another fantastic collection completed 🎄✨

We’re proud to have supported our client CLS Holdings once again with their 2025 Giving Tree Appeal, made possible by the incredible generosity of tenants across their portfolio.

Each year, KidsOut creates positive and joyful experiences for some of the UK’s most disadvantaged and vulnerable children—providing toys, books, and memorable activities such as trips to the cinema. Most importantly, KidsOut ensures that every donated gift is delivered to children living in refuge over the Christmas period.

A full refresh for this small roof area 🙌
We removed the failed Sarnafil system along with the old deck and insulation, then installed brand-new materials.
Finished with an aluminium tar-backed cap sheet and a liquid polymer roofing system—complete with a 35-year guarantee 🔒✨

🔐 The importance of having the correct security installed—and actually using it—on sash windows! 🔐
Tonight we were called out to an attempted break-in. The intruder accessed the flat roof, noticed the window was unsecured, lifted it up, and instead of simply lifting the secondary glazing, they used a 4x4 post to try and break it out.
We removed the post, took out the secondary glazing panel for repair, and secured the property. The main window has been screwed shut and boarded at the client’s request, and the second window leading from the flat roof into the property has also been screwed shut for added security.
A reminder to always make sure your sash windows are properly secured—small steps make a big difference in protecting your property. 💪🔒.

Redecorations of Legal Advisors Room to a magistrates court, getting rid of the 20 year old pink paint, brightening it up with a white finish. Removal of the worn red carpet, replacing with a nice new dark carpet, and finally removable of the kitchen, replaced with a new do e grey kitchen, with added cupboard space and a white rock back splash for ease of cleaning, all completed by the team Out of hours to not disrupt the court rooms.

“Just completed a toilet refurbishment for a client dealing with damp issues. Upon stripping out all the toilet ware and removing the low-level boxing, we discovered the damp was caused by a leaking discharge pipe from the boiler that hadn’t been correctly fitted. We resolved the issue, hacked off plaster on two exterior walls, treated them with a permaguard product, and replastered. Installed new toilet ware and cubicles, added low-level boxing and high-level pipework boxing for a clean finish. Fully decorated the space and laid new cap-and-cove safety vinyl flooring to complete the job. Another satisfied client!”
