When leaving school, I was due to go back to complete a 2year A-level course, however, I got a summer job in a local Estate agents and I never looked back. Although most of the summer was spent printing property details, updating window displays and making tea, I loved it and was determined to pass my driving test as soon as I could to get out on viewings. I can still remember my first house viewi
ng and the viewer knowing instantly that they wanted the property, I have been in love with property and matching the right buyer to the right home ever since. In over 22 years working in property many things have changed, we have seen many different housing markets, new styles of estate agency introduced, laws and legislations have changed not to mention the improvement technology has made on the industry. During this time I have performed every estate agency role from typing property details, valuing properties through to sales progression, I have worked in an independent and a corporate estate agency, a family run letting agency and helped grow a large online estate agency. My estate agency career so far has taught me valuable lessons on what to do and what not do, I now use this knowledge to make my own unique estate agent experience for every one of my vendors, buyers and viewers. Buying a property is usually the biggest purchase you make in your life, I understand that no two sellers or buyers need the same thing so the service I offer is personal to each client individually, I take time to listen and understand exactly what they want and need and carry this service through from valuation to completion. What motivates me? The simple answer to this question is completion day, not every sale is always as smooth a journey as you would like but with knowledge, experience and sometimes a bit of determination I get the biggest buzz as happy vendors head off to their new home and you are welcoming smiling buyer into theirs. Mission statement, provide a unique service allowing my passion for property and people lead my business.
