Progress should be much quicker now that the big stuff is out of the way.

Next wall and roof insulation whilst we wait for a date in June for first fix plumbing in the large bathroom - space for a bath and walk in shower

It will take a couple of weeks to dry out and then the fun starts - painting, light fittings, LVT flooring, oak skirtings, new front door, Frenchdoors, radiators ……

Such exciting news for Liverpool where our music culture is so important

Music venue set to host huge 48-hour event in Merseyside

A live music venue is set to launch a new crowdfunder to support its expansion. The campaign is looking to raise £150k, of which 50% will support construction costs and 50% will support Future Yard’s Neighbourhood Ticket Scheme, alongside the organisation’s skills and training programme.

Future Yard has already secured 97% of the £3m project which will begin this Spring. The campaign, which officially launches on February 27, will feature its 48-Hour Party People from March 6 to 8 where visitors can experience continuous music.

It will showcase local artists, the emerging regional music scene, its Mosh Tots, New Noise, Sound Check, Propeller programmes, and partnerships with local schools.
