Roundbridge Park attracts great interest The original Roundbridge Farm building was marketed as a “shell and core” project for a self-builder to complete to their own spec and finishes. The project attracted a huge amount of interest, resulting in over 50 viewings and multiple offers. The successful purchaser made a strong bid, well in excess of the asking price and is now looking to extend by adding a contemporary extension to create a new family home of around 6000 sq ft., having contracted the JBS team to produce detailed designs and to complete the project on their behalf. Not so swiftly as we'd originally planned ... We're not the only ones that think Roundbridge Farm would make a beautiful family home - a small family of swifts made their home in our barn, causing us to delay the demolition of a small section of the barn until they were ready to vacate over the weekend. The young have now fledged and are happily flying around the site with their parents, allowing work to continue. [ 143 more words ]
