We went through the basic foundation of my mission, goals, targets and importance of making sure they are all in good alignment 🙂👍. Back to property routine this week.

- On 7 pillars that will sustain our property business (also other types of businesses) in all conditions. The key is to start on the pillar that you need most at that point in time and take it from there. 🙂👋

session - I carried out my intention on reviewing Stage 2 drawing of a property I am in the process of purchasing with my JV partners and did a house keeping of the accounting. No deal analysed this time round. 🙂👍

Good to be back in Deal Finding session again on Saturday. Also great to see Adi Craciun, El Addo, June Corriette, and John 😀👋.

Looking at my personal goals as my main intention for the session. Two deals analyzed - one I brought in myself and another was John's (and he had a viewing of this same property later that afternoon) 😉👍!

Great to be back on Business Monday Session (BMS) after a few weeks of holiday in Thailand 😀👋!

The session was very nicely led by Shane Duff in a unique format where Kishan Patel was put in a hot seat. We'll done for accepting the challenge, Kishan 😉👍.

The good thing about attending this BMS is that I learn at least 1-2 new things on property investing / business every time. Good to be back and will keep being regular at it 🙂.

Joined over my phone this time on Business Monday Session for property 😉👍.

We started with random Zoom 1-1 networking where we got matched 5-6 times each for 2-min speed networking.

The second part focused on Q&A for specific issues we are having on our Property Journeys.

A great session, thanks to positive contributions from all 🙂👍🔥!
