‘I’m looking forward to the next one already’

Love waking up to emails like this the morning after Bricks and Banter Property Development Club.

Back in October ‘24 Samantha Beddoe and I decided we would pull a room of like minded people together. Both of us had experienced some challenges in our businesses and it felt important to grow a new network of trusted contacts.

It started with ‘dial a friend’ - we invited a small handful of developers we knew well to join us for informal drinks. Gradually the room has filled, and regular people are attending and getting to know each other.

This is exactly what we wanted for Bricks and Banter.

Thank you to everyone who came last night to join us, we really appreciate you all.

Next Month we will be meeting on the 27th April - so please note the change of week due to refurbishment works at the venue.

What a night! 🔥
Huge thanks to everyone who came along to last night’s Bricks and Banter Development Club. Without doubt one of our busiest and most energetic evenings yet. Great to see so many new faces, some brilliant conversations, and a real buzz around all things property development.

This community continues to grow in the best way; through genuine connections, shared experiences, and a willingness to learn and collaborate.

📅 Save the date: Our next (and final before the summer break!) event is happening on Monday 21st July – and with limited spaces, it’s definitely one to lock in early.

Thanks to everyone who joined Sam Beddoe and I last night for the Bricks & Banter Property Development Club May meeting!

It was a fantastic turnout with some brilliant conversations, connections made, and those all-important little black book contacts being shared — exactly the collaborative spirit we set out to build.
