This is not classed as subletting, that’s typically where the tenant is on an AST tenancy agreement and lets the property to somebody else without the landlords permission of course which is illegal. As said our system works by taking out the property on a company let agreement and all operations will be under full disclosure to the landlord with contracts in place.
