Is your lettings book growing as quickly as it should be?

Because I’m speaking to a lot of agents right now who are feeling the same thing. Landlords feel harder to win, managed stock feels harder to protect, and the old ways of getting landlords through the door are not working like they used to.

This is exactly what I’ll be talking about at the Estate Agent Success Summit on Thursday 18th June.

After more than 35 years in lettings, I’ve seen the market shift many times. But the agents who struggle most are usually the ones who keep trying to win landlords with the same message, the same service and the same approach they used years ago.

Most letting agents don’t have a time problem, they have a decision problem.

Too many decisions still rely on the owner:

• every question gets escalated
• every issue comes back to you
• every process needs checking.

Over time, the business becomes completely dependent on one person and that’s exhausting.
