In my experience, it starts with the way you think about the business you are building.

Some of the smartest business owners I know are not the ones trying to work everything out on their own.

They get themselves into the right rooms, they ask better questions and they learn from people who have already made the mistakes, tested the ideas and found what works.

One of the biggest things I’ve learned in business is that growth starts with the owner being willing to think ahead, make decisions early and lead with confidence.

You cannot always wait until the path is obvious or until everybody else is doing it.
