* Landlord Certificate... £50.00.
* Boiler Service..£60.00.
* Landlord Certificate and Service together...£95.00.
* Boiler change with 5-year warranty from £1,400.00.
* Whole house installation from £2,500.00, based on number of radiators and pipe run needed, and whether it's a vertical or horizontal flue.
* Repairs and breakdowns. Price on diagnosis. No call out fee.
* Unvented Cylinder install. Starts from £1,000.00. full price will be given upon survey of work required.
* Gas fire and cooker installation... Water heaters fitted.
Radiator changes. Upsizing or downsizing. General domestic plumbing. Bathroom fitting...kitchen Ist and 2nd fix. All prices for these are subject to survey depending on materials and labour.
