This home is perfect for first time buyers ready to take their step onto the property ladder. Alternatively, it would suit a single parent or investor. As you sit in the lounge, the outlook towards the communal green gives you a real feeling of space and privacy and it is hard to believe you are a short distance from local Primary and High Schools as well as a local shop and post office.
Referred to as ‘the gem in Suffolk’s crown,’ the historic market town of Woodbridge is very easy to fall in love with. But we are biased – Woodbridge is where JSW’s Founding Partner Jo made home when relocating from Yorkshire to Suffolk.
Market Hill is the heart of Woodbridge with its array of boutique shops, public houses and restaurants. Thursday is market day in Woodbridge and you’d be hard pushed to find more enticing breads, flowers and vegetables. Woodbridge is also home to The Fish Box not just a fishmonger of highest quality but a corner stone of the community.
The Bull Inn Woodbridge is where we encourage our friends and family to stay when they come to visit. It’s also a great place for a weekend get -way – though hard to justify when you live in Woodbridge.
Not every market town has its own cinema. Woodbridge has The Riverside and A.lister’s a popular choice for drinks or dinner before heading to the performance.
From Woodbridge it’s so easy to explore the coast or woodland. There are several water sport clubs situated on the River Deben , as well as Woodbridge Tide Mill Museum where you can watch this historic mill still working.
At the heart of Woodbridge is charm, friendliness and community spirit, epitomised by the team at Prezzo Woodbridge. They’ve hosted children’s birthday parties and great nights out. But their community spirit is worthy of comment. They responded to a plea from our founder Jo on the Facebook Woodbridge Community Page and went above and beyond to help. Let’s just say we think they have a hot line to the North Pole and Father Christmas!
