Whether you report an issue using our maintenance software, email us, telephone us or use the services of a carrier pigeon. Chances are it will be Lisa who will handle your request and speak to your landlord to obtain their instruction.

Aside from dealing with tenant reported issues, Lisa also organises all gas and electrical safety checks, as well as other planned maintenance.

With all of the activities we undertake as a managing agent, property maintenance is the busiest department by a long stretch.
