We are hiring!!!!

East Coast Property Ltd are looking for a full-time yard person/skilled labourer to join our busy, expanding business.
This role will involve opening and closing of our Aggregate yard in Hollesley, delivering materials, entering orders/stock/data on excel spreadsheets, answering phone calls with queries, orders and taking payments. You will carry out the day-to-day running of our busy yard, dealing with customers and loading them up with materials.
The skilled labourer role will involve building tasks, cleaning, tidying and general help while on site in different locations.
The ideal candidate must be over 25 years old and hold a full, clean UK driving license. They must also have previous experience in the construction industry and be confident working alone.
Salary will be dependent on qualifications and experience. Benefits include holiday pay and a pension scheme.
