Our first branch was situated in Forest Gate before our second office quickly opened in Walthamstow. From here we opened up a separate management and accounts office in Woodford Green where a large majority of our contractors were based. We finally opened an office in Bethnal Green and by now covered the whole of East London and parts of West Essex. In recent years, with the help of huge advances

in terms of marketing, we have consolidated our business between our Bethnal Green office and prominently positioned Woodford Green office to help ensure we provide the personal service the large majority of our clients prefer. We built up a portfolio of managed properties worth in excess of £100 million giving tenants a large choice of properties to rent and areas to live in to suit all budgets. Many of our landlords have rented their properties through us for well over 15 years with several of them adding to their property portfolios and entrusting us with their investment. We have dealt with over 3000 properties over the last few years and intend to supply excellent levels of service and advice to many more clients to come.

We’re due another heatwave this coming weekend and week and on those sunny days a cold drink and table outside table… honestly, is all you need.

Here are a few Highams Park spots worth having on your list:

1️⃣ The Royal Oak, Highams Park
A proper local pub with a beer garden, good food and a nice relaxed feel. A good one for a pint in the sunshine.

2️⃣ Vino Tap / Vinoramica Vino Tap
More wine bar than pub, but still a lovely shout for an outside table, a glass of something cold and a few bits to nibble on. They do craft beers too, so no one has to feel left out.

3️⃣ Breeze Highams Park Breeze highams park
A Turkish and Mediterranean restaurant on Larkshall Road with cocktails, beers, wine and outdoor seating. Good if you want sunshine, food and something a bit more dinner-into-drinks.

4️⃣ Yaz Restaurant YAZ • Chingford • Highams Park
One for when you want food with your sunshine. Mediterranean plates, cocktails, drinks and outdoor seating, so it works nicely if you’re after more of a lunch-into-drinks situation.

5️⃣ The Larkshall Larkshall
A little further out in Chingford, but worth having on the list for a proper pub garden feel. Good for a sunny pint, some food and settling in for a while.

You don’t always need to rip a house apart to make it look better.

Sometimes it’s the simple stuff.

Clear the hallway.Take the coats off the banister.Move the shoes, bags, scooters and school bits out of sight.Let people actually see the tiles, the staircase, the ceiling height, the light.

Because when someone walks into a house, they’re not just looking at what’s there.

They’re trying to picture their own life in it.

And right now, buyers are more cautious. They’re thinking a bit harder. They want to feel confident. They want to walk in and think, “Yes, I can see us here.”

That doesn’t mean your home has to look like a show home. It just means presenting it in a way that makes the best bits obvious.

A good clean up, a bit of styling, and a fresh pair of eyes can make a massive difference.

And in some cases, that difference can be the thing that gets you more viewings, better offers, and a stronger price.
