A quick update to let clients know that from 1st April 2026, our Surrey address will be relocating to:

During March, both our current and new Surrey addresses will remain active while we transition.

Laguna Village, located in Estepona, Spain, is a popular resort complex known for its beach club featuring a large swimming pool, chill-out music, and sunbeds both by the pool and on the beach.

Unfortunately, the complex was completely destroyed in a devastating fire in August 2020.

Following this, the Pachá group and G*T investors have collaborated to construct a new 25-million-euro retail and entertainment complex, known as Laguna Village 2.0. The new groundwork for this development was laid on July 15th, 2022.

After a recent trip in September, during which we visited the site, we were left speechless. As frequent visitors to Estepona and former guests of the original Laguna Village, we were amazed by the breathtaking architecture and stunning design, even at this early stage. We didn't want to miss the chance to witness this unique opportunity.
