Inventories 👨‍💻
We complete all of our inventories in-house with 360 camera views of each room on our reports. All paperwork is electronic so ensures signatures are received prior to key handover.
This not only covers us as landlords but also keeps the tenants mind at ease should any issues crop up. 😃

Even though we put en-suites in all our rooms, we also put a communal wc in our properties, who wants to go to their room to use the loo when they’re socialising in the awesome communal spaces! 😃

A busy Monday for us yesterday, tenant check in on one of our 2 bed rentals in St.John, we took the opportunity to spruce it all up and fully decorate between tenants, ensure all appliances etc were in top working order and any snags sorted for the new tenant.
