When you arrive at a property to changeover at 11.15am (1 hour and 15 mins after guests where supposed to depart) and they find it appropriate to speak to you in an abrupt manner.

What would you do?

This was my experience just now..

I politely said "Good morning, I'm housekeeping ive come to clean before the next guests arrive".. only to be told quite abruptly by the wife "No you can wait, we only checked in late! We aren't ready!" (Late arrival was 5/6pm)

So I very politely asked if they had arranged a late departure with the host (me, knowing fine well they hadn't).. to be told quite abruptly again to "calm down and wait"

Well my flabbers are gassed and off i trot to wait because that was me told 😅🤣

Just a little Reminder for the month ahead

I will be unavailable on Monday 14th September due to Elijah having a medical appointment with the pediatric surgical team at Carlisle hospital, any cover needed will be arranged.

Also

We are going away from Monday 28th September to Friday 2nd October for my sons 17th birthday.

I will be back working and out on cleans Saturday 3rd October.

All invoices for the month of September will be sent out on the morning of Monday 28th instead of Wednesday 30th.

There is no expectation of early payment I'll just be sending them before I go away so its one less work related todo whilst im away.
