🎨 **PAINTER & DECORATOR WANTED** 🎨

Due to our wonderful returning clients keeping us busy, we are now looking for an experienced Painter & Decorator to work with us on a self-employed / sole trader basis.

We’re open to full-time, part-time or semi-retired applicants — we’re flexible about how much you want to work and which days. What’s important to us is finding someone who wants to work exclusively with us and our wonderful clients, building a regular and reliable working relationship and offering high standards.

🏠 Residential & commercial work
🎨 Interior & exterior
✨ Lovely projects & great customers
🖌️ Wallpapering experience is a bonus, but not essential
🚗 Full UK driving licence & own transport preferred — you’ll generally travel directly to customers rather than coming to us first, meaning less travelling and getting home quicker! However, we may also be able to help with transport where needed.

Experience of professional decorating is essential and relevant professional decorating qualifications are essential. We are happy to consider someone returning to the trade or who would benefit from a refresher but this is a skilled role so either extensive previous professional experience &/or relevant qualifications are essential.
We have high standards of workmanship so attention to detail, pride in your work and genuinely caring about the finished result are really important to us.

Our director still works hands-on alongside the team, so they understand the realities of the job and will be getting stuck into projects daily with you. We believe in looking after our people, supporting each other and creating a working environment where everyone feels valued. You will be joining a small but very experienced team.

Just as importantly, customer service matters a lot to us. We genuinely care about our customers and the service we provide, so we’re looking for someone who is professional, respectful, tidy and takes pride in looking after people’s homes and businesses.

Wow, where has this year gone? 🫨 🤔

Firstly, a huge THANK YOU to all of our amazing clients for keeping us so busy throughout 2026 so far. We genuinely appreciate every booking, recommendation and bit of support—it really does mean the world to us. ❤️

As many of you know, we are expecting baby number two around August! 👶 While we've got a due date, babies usually have their own plans! 😂 So if you're booked in with us between late July and early September, we've already likely given you the heads-up, and we'll keep everyone updated if our newest team member arrives early or later than expected!

This leads me onto nicely, the second half of this year... thanks to you all, we're now booking up, and fast, right through until February next year. If you are hoping to get your decorating done before Christmas, or want your home looking fresh for the New Year and are after a January spot, now is a great time for us to have a chat about dates to get your space reserved, as availability is becoming much more limited, especially in October, November and Jan.
