Flagship REI is a real estate investment company based out of Smyrna, GA. The name Flagship is rooted in the lyrics of a song by one of my favorite artists, Jason Isbell. It is a love song that discusses doing everything possible to make your relationship the “flagship of the fleet”, or the standard bearer of all relationships. To be the relationship that your peers look to as what they want to mo

del their own relationships after. In thinking of a name for this company I thought, why only apply this philosophy to one area of my life? Yes I want to set the standard for my marriage, but I also want to be someone who others look to as one who sets the standard for everything I take part in. How I handle friendships, fatherhood, business, and everything else I involve myself with. So, that is the basis behind the name Flagship REI. We want to be the best, to set the standard of what a real estate transaction should be. To treat our buyers, sellers, and tenants with the respect they deserve, and to be the “flagship of the fleet” in the real estate investment business.

SOLD!! This one has been a long time coming. It's definitely one of our largest projects to date and was a total transformation. The house had a ton of square footage but the layout was not particularly functional (only 2 useable bedrooms in an 1800+ sq ft house). We made some layout reconfigurations to make this a 4 bed/2bath house. Along with reconfiguring the layout we put on a new roof, all new HVAC and ductwork, new interior/exterior paint, new flooring, new lighting, new plumbing and much more.

Shoutout to Fields Contracting for all the hard work on the rehab & Kaley Hebert for helping us get it sold. On to the next one! 📈💪

2025 is in the books! What a year! Lot's of ups & downs but ended on a positive note with some sales right before the end of the year. We were able to successfully fix & flip 12 homes & added 5 new rentals to the Flagship REI portfolio. Thank you to everyone who helped make all of this a reality this year. Our realtors, contractors, property managers, buyer, sellers, etc! This wouldn't be possible without all of you guys.

Looking forward to another great year in 2026 and continuing to provide high quality, affordable housing! Onward & Upward! 💪📈

This one was a fun one. All in all the house was in half decent shape when we bought it (although it did need some love, especially the kitchen), but it was another example of poorly used square footage. When we bought this one it was a 3 bed /1 bath and was another home with a weird 2nd living room/den that was unused. We were able to demo a wall to open up both living rooms to the kitchen and create a large & open kitchen/dining/living area. We then turned the existing formal dining room into a 4th bedroom and were able to borrow some space from that room to create a 2nd bathroom. When complete we ended up with a fully renovated 4 bed / 2 bath house.

Although quite bland, the exterior was in good shape and totally functional so we did next to nothing on the outside except clean up some landscaping

This one took a lot of work, but the final product made it all worth it. Shoutout to Fields Contracting for all the hard work on the rehab & Kaley Hebert for helping us get it sold! On to the next! 💪📈
