In Tbilisi, you do not always need to walk to the shop when you run out of salt.
Sometimes it simply comes down from the third floor - in a wicker basket tied to a clothesline.
No one in the courtyard finds this strange. It is simply a kind of logistics the rest of the world has not invented yet.
