Levan Karumidze is a Co-founder and CEO of Arsenal Residence • არსენალი რეზიდენსი and Lumina Estate.
He has extensive experience in law, business management, real estate development, project leadership, and corporate governance. His professional career has included work with the diplomatic corps and international organizations accredited in Georgia, legal practice in the energy sector, advisory work for private businesses, and the management of major development projects.
Levan was also a Founder and Chairman of the Tbilisi Arbitration Court, where he gained significant experience in dispute resolution, commercial relations, and the protection of business interests. His legal and managerial background has enabled him to lead complex projects, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and build effective relationships between private companies, professional organizations, and public institutions.
Through Arsenal Residence, he is actively involved in the development of high-quality residential projects and the creation of professionally managed living environments in Tbilisi. As a Co-founder and CEO of Lumina Estate, he is focused on the digital transformation of the real estate industry through artificial intelligence, modern data infrastructure, professional MLS systems, international standards, and technology-driven collaboration.
His current focus is on strengthening Georgia’s real estate sector by combining practical development experience, legal expertise, innovation, and international professional cooperation.
