Most people assume an advisor takes on every opportunity that comes through the door.
I don’t.
My standards on what I’ll facilitate are as protective for me as they are for the people I work with.
These five checks are not about being difficult — they’re about making sure that by the time I introduce a landowner to an investor, both sides are walking into something that can actually finish well.
Skip any one of them, and the project either stalls or ends in a courtroom. I’ve seen both.
