POSITION: ESTATE OFFICER
REPORTING TO: MANAGING DIRECTOR
LOCATION: ACCRA OYARIFA
PURPOSE: TO COORDINATE AND UNDERTAKE MATTERS RELATING TO ESTATE MANAGEMENT
JOB DESCRIPTION
*To manage routines duties on the property including maintenance and minor repairs of the managed area.
*To be responsible for the security and cleanliness of property, communal area, ground and lifts. Reporting any problems to the maintenance offices, as appropriate
*To assist to maintain records of land documents and transfer acquisitions.
*Maintain efficient property inventor system.
Assist and direct task force to petrol land to prevent encroachment.
*Plan and supervise the maintance of offices, guest house, etc.
*Assist to Prepare offer letters for sales and lease of land and houses.
*Laisse with appropriate officers for valuation/re-valuation of completed /uncompleted houses for sale.
*Direct and supervise in the collection of rents, hire purchase instalments, land lease, fees, extension fee etc.
*Perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications
Professional certificate or diploma in related area.
Must be a team player and computer literate
At least three (3) years estate management experience or apply as a trainee.
