1. *Initial Transaction*: Mr.Stephen Kobina Abo initially opted to purchase a three-bedroom self-contained property, that an agent brought to royal Homes advertising platform with Royal Homes Real Estate serving as the advisor and intermediary between him and the property owner. A payment of 70% of the total amount was made by Mr.Stephen Kobina Abo to Royal Homes Real Estate.
2. *Discovery During Due Diligence*: After conducting thorough research and investigations, Royal Homes Real Estate discovered that the land in question, along with other lands in the Millennium City sub-community, was owned by 21st Century Ltd.
3. *Request for Extension*: Upon this discovery, Royal Homes Real Estate requested an additional three months to finalize negotiations with 21st Century Ltd to obtain the official land title and complete the necessary documentation.
4. **Alternative Proposal**: During this period, Royal Homes Real Estate proposed an alternative solution to Mr.Stephen Kobina Abo —a two-bedroom executive en-suite self-compound apartment located at California Junction, Nyanyano-Dawa.
5. *Progress on Alternative Property*: With the authorization of Mr.Stephen Kobina Abo work began promptly on the two-bedroom apartment to ensure its timely completion for use by Mr.Stephen Kobina Abo’s sister.
6. *Refund Request and Legal Matters*: Later, Mr.Stephen Kobina Abo decided to withdraw from the two-bedroom option and requested a refund. However, he refused to sign the necessary refund documents provided by Royal Homes Real Estate, leading to involvement from the Ghana Police Service's CID headquarters and the Economic and Organized Crime Office (EOCO).
7. *Resolution*: Hon. Emmanuel Appoh Mensah, as the CEO of Royal Homes Real Estate, has ensured that all payments due to Mr.Stephen Kobina Abo have been successfully made. All outstanding matters related to this transaction have been resolved.
