This young man has broken barriers that can dwarf any strong man and what others used as excuses and slept. Congratulations Paul. Some had their fees paid in advance but did dot shine, some had accommodation on campus from day one but slept throughout, some more to eat but did not expend energy gained profitably, some were cheered with the least accomplishments but had none, no recognition at all in Legon! Yet you excelled, you triumph and graduated top of your BSc Administration class on top of the entire 2023 year group. Congratulations. Dont stop!! Keep going!! I am proud of you!!
