The Government of Ghana sets strict financial rules

The Bank of Ghana is giving international money transfer apps and institutions more time until July 31, 2026, to register with the government. According to the informations gathered, this extra time given is to ensure that families in Ghana will not experience any sudden stops when receiving cash from relatives working & earning abroad or overseas. We are also informed that local banks are advised to closely watch their global partners during this window to ensure their partners submit their paperwork correctly.

Now, for Ghanaians living overseas, this update means you can keep sending money home safely without any immediate disruptions or blocked transfers. However, global money apps must treat this extension as their absolute last chance to follow Ghana's strict financial rules. According to the informations received, indicating any foreign company that misses this July deadline will be banned from the country, cutting off their business completely. We learnt that this new development is set to ultimately enable the central bank to stop illegal or hidden cash transfers by bringing every operator under a single rulebook, as to whether registered operator's financial transfers or transactions are monitored by this system, we are not disposed to such informations yet

But what we know is, local shops should find backup payment methods right now just in case their favorite money app gets shut down. Getting every company to register by the deadline will make sending money much safer, easier and cheaper for everyone. Would some companies care to abide?

Well remember i mentioned 7 gaps which were winning contracts, writing tenders, project financing, understanding client decisions, profitable pricing, networking, and negotiation. These are what really converts technical knowledge into good income. Without them, an engineer becomes an employee, but with these set of skills, you as an engineer can be a contractor, an employer, and a project owner, now this is how you generate income

Honestly, the difference after 10 years is not IQ, it is skillsets that really makes the difference, especially now

Understand this last part very well, building a house is engineering, but winning the house project is business. If you only master concrete and steels, you will always work for someone else. But if you also master clients, contracts and cash flow, you are going to start hiring others. So as an engineer or whatever category of building profession you address, learn both.

Study business, marketing, and finance alongside your engineering. That’s how you move from waiting for projects to creating them, employing and making profitable income not salary
