SHC ISSUES FINAL NOTICE TO OCCUPANTS OF STATE HOUSING COMPANY LIMITED LANDS AND PROPERTIES AS RECOVERY EXERCISE BEGINS.

Accra, Ghana – The State Housing Company Limited (SHC) has issued a final notice to all persons occupying its lands and properties without legal authority to regularise your stay or vacate by October 15, 2026, after which a land and property audit and recovery exercise will begin.

SHC has engaged Aynok Holdings Limited to support the exercise, with Greater Accra as the pilot area before a nationwide rollout. Aynok has no authority to own, allocate or sell SHC land, and all actions will be carried out within the law and with respect for the rights and dignity of all persons.

Occupants with legitimate claims, should contact SHC with their documents for verification, subject to SHC's terms and any outstanding payments.

Prospective buyers should verify ownership of any land with SHC before making payment and pay only through official SHC channels.
