Adonai Estate Limited is pleased to announce the acquisition of Adaze Properties Hub Ltd.

Through this acquisition, we welcome Richard Adaze into the Adonai Estate Limited family as Head of Marketing and Public Relations Officer (PRO)

Richard has spent four years in the Volta Region land market, building a reputation that stands on one thing: getting clients through the land acquisition process safely, cleanly, and without stress. In that time he has guided buyers across the region, from first-time local buyers to diaspora investors, through one of the most complex property markets in Ghana, and done it with a standard that very few in this industry match.

A bit of Clarification!

While we've had our challenges with regards to demarcations and documentions with some of our clients, we will like to make some clarifications.

It is not true that when you buy land at Adonai Estate Limited, you don't get your land and you don't get your documents. The Airport Golf City is about 3000 acres of land. We have over 2000 clients at Airport Golf City.

About 85% have gotten their lands and their documents. Some have even started their projects. Others have their pillars planted, and some have even walled their lands.

In fact, someone has already completed his (4) Four-bedroom house and is currently living there.

We've had a few challenges with regards to documentation and demarcation due to large volume of work, which we are actively working to clear by September as we communicated earlier this month.

"When you buy land from Adonai Estate Limited, you don't get your land or your documents" is not true. A major part of our clients have received their lands, documentations and some have even registered their lands.

We promised you litigation free lands, and within a well planned community that you can safely build and have your peace of mind, and that promise, we've delivered to 85% of our clients, and will deliver to the rest of the 15% that is left.

The cause for delays for demarcations and documentions at the Airport Golf City within the last 4yrs as a result of volume of work have been resolved, and we will ensure that the rest of our cherished clients; both new and old are attended to promptly.

Greetings our Cherished Partners.

We want to use the opportunity to say thank you for trusting us and choosing to stand by us all the time.

To us, you are not just clients or customers, but rather partners in bringing both your dreams and ours to reality.

On a public notice dated 23th January 2026 that we titled "OFFICIAL CLIENT & PUBLIC UPDATE", we mentioned that we were restructuring our internal operations to prioritize resolving outstanding documentation and demarcation matters.

And that is exactly what we've done across these 3 months of silence on our various platforms. We've sinced then demarcated over 400 plots of land, and started documentation for these as well.

Across the same period, 90 partners who had their plots but had no documents have received their documents (site plan & indenture). With 60 more expected to be ready this month.

Our goal is to clear all the outstanding documentation and demarcation matters by September 2026. We are grateful for the patience and trust during this period.

We make a solerm promise and pledge that, none of your investments with us will go to waste.

And more to this, we have new developmental news for the AIRPORT GOLF CITY. We will give more information on that in a different update.
