NEW SITE LIVING
Buying land in a newly developing site is one of the best ways to build generational wealth because the entry price is low. However, I see a common mistake many land buyers make, moving into a new site too early.
Living in an area without proper electricity grid access, running water, proper roads, or nearby neighbors doesn't just make life incredibly difficult, it can also put your security at risk.
My advice from experience: Buy the land to secure the location and appreciate your money. Secure the boundaries, but don't rush to stay there. Wait until the infrastructure catches up. Real estate is about patience, strategy, and timing.
