Οι τιμές ΔΕΝ θα πέσουν διότι υπάρχει ΖΗΤΗΣΗ...
Όμως απο την μακρά εμπειρία μου στον χώρο των ακινήτων, ΔΕΝ θα διατηρηθούν για όλους...
Αν υποθέσουμε ότι υπάρχουν σήμερα 1 εκατομμύριο ακίνητα προς πώληση, είναι βέβαιο ότι θα πουληθούν μόνο τα καλά ακίνητα. Με άλλα λόγια απο αυτό το εκατομμύριο, περίπου τα 700.000 δεν πρόκειται να πουληθούν ΠΟΤΕ. Διότι ή θα είναι χρέπια ασύμφορα στην ανακαίνιση ή θα συνορεύουν με διάφορα εκτρώματα, ή η περιοχή θα είναι "επικίνδυνη" για διάφορους λόγους, ή γιατί δεν θα υπάρχουν δίκτυα νερού, συγκοινωνίες κλπ, είτε θα βρίσκονται πολύ μακρυά, είτε δεν θα έχουν καλή θέα, είτε για ένα σωρό άλλους παράπλευρους λόγους.
