This example takes what is already there (the marbled exterior floor), and complimenting to really stand out. The choice of colors for the exterior facade and the railing gave a fresh tone, calm feel, and makes sipping Iced Tea in the sun, a little bit more fun. So instead of new tiles on the balcony, a new window and AC Unit does the trick! Spend wisely, make great decision for the home, your comfort, and the overall value.
