A Renovation & maintenance project in one.

The client did not like the "finishing" of the multiple roofs and asked if we could make it differently!

Ofcourse, we like to do an upgrade and make it better looking.

So we took every sticky bitumen of (what is not meant to be for these solutions btw), had to prepare and make adjustments to the sides of the roofs.
Fitted Okoume aqua plywood with new covering to the rooftiles on top.
Painted the plywood 3 times in total with varnish.

There was also a load-bearing beam rotten.
Cut the rotten piece out and fitted a new piece back with two components glue, finished it with varnishing the whole beam.

Also fitted new wooden trimming on the bottom side of the roofs, replaced a beam and painted the inside walls.

A Ta**us kitchen Renovation!

We removed the old kitchen and ceiling.
All stone walls fitted with insulated partition walls, with the new electrical installation and water and drains concealed in it.
Covered with OSB and plasterboard.
The ceiling insulated and covered with stucco plasterboard, finished by the plasterer.
The new kitchen fitted with custom-made countertop and finishes.
And a very happy little girl!
